At Friend & Farrelly we believe in fair fees for both tenants and landlords. Our standard tenants fee is £420 including Vat per property, not per person. This fee includes contracts and referencing.
If you are looking to rent your property but would like to manage it yourself we are more than happy to provide your with the best let only service possible. For your fee we would include, conducting viewings, finding a suitable tenant, fully referencing the tenant with a professional referencing company, arranging the move in day and arrange for contracts to be signed. Our lettings team are pro-active and dedicated to matching our extensive applicants list to your property. Our standard fee for our let only service is 7.2% including Vat. Our managed service in our opinion is second to no one. Having us manage your property will not only mean that the tenants will never have your contact details but it also means that when jobs need doing you can rely on us to you get you the best deal possible. We have both in house contractors and also sub contractors that we trust and have provided us with a first class service. Our managed service is a very personal service for both the tenants and the landlord. We find with a more personal service comes a better service. As well as everything you get in the let only package you will also get quarterly checks with report upon inspections, rent collection, optional rent protection and much much more. Our standard charge for this is 12% including Vat however we often have special offers so please call our team and ask about our promotional offers.
